      Pros

      Food - Lunch and Snacks You will get work from home on Saturday , Sunday and public holiday. EL was 18 reduced to 15 and CL is 12.

      Cons

      No Work Life Balance No Comp Off Strict Time Management (10am-7pm) then work from home till 2..3am . You will get work from home on Saturday , Sunday and public holiday. One Man is running / ruining the show. (THE CEO) Come office half hour late and get half day leave in free or loss of pay will be applied. No funding , So value of ESOPs. Fake ESOPs promise. Many senior persons are leaving or fired every month.

      I got the opportunity to learn new skills during my internship. The internship helped me understand how real work environments function. I gained practical exposure to industry work.
