A lot of not great people. A lot of favoritism, primarily at the executive level [i.e. someone can be the SVP of nothing.] Company meetings are a lot of talk but the words don't actually translate into real purpose or meaning. The benefits that remain (or will remain) are lunch if you're in Redwood City and little else above standard health insurance. Post acquisition culture is not going well, there is a lot of work to be done here that nobody is really working on, or looking to truly fix. There is a culture of micromanagement trickling down from execs that does not promote happy, and empowered employees.
