Pros

Students are generally well-behaved and the staff is generally friendly.

Cons

Management follows a nepotistic practice of who to hire/give promotions to. Very little concern is shown towards the teachers/students and their overall health and well-being. Teachers are overworked and under-paid compared to other schools of similar status. There is absolutely no job security and if the administration wants to, they will do anything to make you quit/get rid of you. Very little training is done, although it is promised. Students are treated very harshly and teachers are expected to act in a certain way towards them. The yearly salary increment is low, and raises are almost impossible to negotiate. Very draining and exhausting work environment.
