Horrible Employer, Average School - Teacher Amman Academy Employee Review

The Administration does not care at all about its employees. They will work you do death and give you no thanks for it whatsoever. They play favorites and are very inconsistent with how they treat their employees. They only care about avoiding complaints from the parents, even if what they want us to do makes no sense whatsoever. I also had my children there, and while it's fine if you want a very traditional education, it does not offer the progressive education most parents want out of an IB school.
