Able to learn a lot of different things. Trains your time-allocation and multi-tasking skills. Not much overtime.
Cons
Poor work ethics. Stingy about resources. Poor management. No proper training or guidance. Work is not allocated fairly. Slight sexism/ racism, derogatory comments on certain race/ gender.
