We are grateful to hear about everyone's perspective of their experience during their time with us because we deeply care about our employees and offer several opportunities for professional development and personal wellness benefit optimization consultations. We provide multiple medical plans and encourage personal discussions with our HR Dept to find the best option for you. Additionally, Amivero’s 401(k) contribution vests immediately without any tenure requirements. Amivero is also among the 5% of companies that offers paid maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. As an IT company, we value the importance of ongoing professional development. Some of the practices we have include: all managers have quarterly check-ins with each team member, during which they can discuss anything related to their project, team, or professional goals; the company hosts monthly workshops to upskill employees on the latest technologies; Amivero offers additional projects to learn and practice new skills; and, Amivero has a certification and training reimbursement plan that supports employee growth. There are frequent company events and meetings where meaningful data is shared that provides employee awareness around corporate updates and other exciting initiatives. Our culture of transparency affords everyone the ability to engage with their leadership and/or leverage access to any department leaders to let someone know how we can best support you.

Pros

Amivero is a company that empowers their employees, starting with the executive leadership team and trickling down throughout the company. An example of this is through workshops and quarterly leadership tag ups to make sure that leaders are following the Amivero way and empowering their team to perform to the best of their abilities. The transparency and community that has been created should be modeled after in other companies. They create copious opportunities for training, learning, and finding other groups within the company that you would like to connect with. This is done through specific focus areas within the industry but also through doing groups like bookclub, hosting candle making classes, and doing an annual wellness challenge where the whole company races each other in a step challenge. The compassion and leadership of Amivero are what make the employees perform and deliver exceptional quality to our customers and would not be possible without the tools and resources provided. It is why I have been at this company for more than 4 years and plan to stay for many more years to come. This is my favorite place to work and can't imagine working with a better group of people day in and day out.

Pros

I've had an amazing experience working here. The people are truly what make this company special. Everyone genuinely is respectful, supportive, and willing to jump in and lend a helping hand when needed. There is a strong sense of community, and I've always appreciated the work ethic and professionalism of my teammates. Leadership truly cares about their employees and encourages growth throughout the company. I've been given multiple opportunities to take on new challenges and expand my responsibilities throughout my time here. The culture is collaborative, people are trusted to do their jobs, and successes are recognized and celebrated.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, priorities can pivot quickly at times, which requires flexibility and patience. That being said, our leadership team does a great job communicating changes and keeping our employees informed.
