-Management has favorites and will ONLY promote their favorites - Management is hesitant to give overtime because it comes out of ALL management bonus - High Turnover rate -HR does not care about you they will not fire people they kept a person who would harass women in the office - do not expect a high raise the most you will get is 5 cents to 75 cents - Managment is disorganize and do not let people speak their opinion they will cut people off once they start bringing up things that are wrong with in the office
