It's great if you like sloppy management, zero accountability and passing the buck onto lower level employees.

-The management and owners have no clue how to run their business or talk to anyone. -There is no rewards system, benefits package, decent pay increase to encourage anyone to stay. -They over work their employees that are treated poorly and under pay them, then wonder why they get less people every year. -The properties are falling apart, and are severely in need of proper maintenance. -No organization whatsoever. -If you make the owner feel 'slighted', expect to be fired for any reason they can find. This could be as simple as saying you don't like their chicken. The owners are paranoid.

At Amish Acres, you are able to establish a good work life balance. Very flexible hours and laid back management.

The pay is very poor and you do not receive any promotions or raises even if you have worked there for a long time. The owner does not show respect towards his employees and is just a bad person overall.
