      The clientel and location were great

      Cons

      Management was inexperienced and full of themselves. Abusive people were kept on staff due to an inability to admit when they were wrong.

      Pros

      Enjoyed most of my coworkers. Food was good - you got a free meal once/day. You also get URBN perks and discounts.

      Cons

      Pay was not high, especially when you are doing the less interesting work as a server assistant.
