      Pros

      Great people to work with, company culture and location. Good pay package for the area.

      Cons

      Product management weighing the whole company down by not doing the basic research on what customers want; pressing ahead with solutions "just because others are doing them". Amino stopped innovating a long time ago which is reflected in their current performance. Lack of career prospects in customer support - too management heavy.

      Many good reasons to work here, in my experience they provide good salary, health coverage was reasonable, cutting edge of IPTV industry

      Cons

      US health insurance coverage was arranged by head office in the UK and they don't always understand US rules and options

      People are awesome to work with. Very laid back and little supervision. Just get the job done and all is good.
