A portion of the surveys here said it: the difference in men and women's experiences is high, there is poor work life balance unless you are a chosen few, the CEO shouts at employees who commit the smallest error (like utilizing a comma wrong) and there is no space for mistake or development. Many people want to leave. This year about a fifth of the organization all left along these lines and it is not making strides to fix the problems because accountability for the CEO is a sham.
