relaxed positive environment where everyone is supportive of each other more focused on doing a great job than monitoring how many calls/time on the phone or other KPIs that are not always indicative of a quality consultative approach grown up, dress down, enjoyable place to work where you are given the freedom to do you job in the way that suits you look after and care for clients/candidates and employees and treat people with respect and integrity good opportunities to grow into senior management as a small but growing team in London with ambitious growth plans this year
