      Pros

      The company's mission is great and the majority of the people here are hard working individuals.

      Cons

      Upper Management seems to be all over the place. For some time there were about 12 VPs and it seemed like the company was divided. Not many opportunities for growth. The opportunities you get are based off of who you know or favoritism.

      Pros

      Amida Care has great benefits, is employee centered and member focused. WE have a generous PTO package (Holidays, Vacation, Sick and Personal Days). Amida Care is a company that lives it's mission. It's an inclusive work environment and, there are also many ways for employees to participate in committees and work groups that help shape the employee experience for everyone at Amida Care. My favorite is starting the weekend early with the Summer hours program.

      Cons

      The work we do requires a great deal of patience and empathy which at times can make employees feel that they have to give more of themselves but, the work is fulfilling!
