They will pay for the clasaes to get your insurance licenses. They put a high emphasis on customer service and it is reflected in their always excellent J.D. Power rating.
Cons
You will have to emphasize customer service because the pricing is usually not competitive. The minimum number of policies you have to sell in a month is high.
