      Pros

      Decent pay and hours. As long as you don't care about ethics, it's okay.

      Cons

      I always got the sense that the company was into some very shady business dealings. Many of the employees are criminals who don't seem to have any legitimate reason to be on payroll. We are encouraged to cheat our clients.

      The new hire sometimes needs more experience with complex tasks, may require additional training to work independently, and occasionally takes longer to adapt to unexpected changes.
