      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Very nice annual salary increases. Management is so good I am very comfortable and may never leave.

      Cons

      It can get slow during a down economy which performance pay and bonuses are predicated on.

      Helpful training, Good starting pay.

      Cons

      Pilots are kings and what they say goes. If they bash you, then you are investigated thoroughly and if nothing comes up then it's simply written off. If you defend yourself against them, you're scolded.
