Sufficient PTO, Federal holiday off, and performance bonuses based on sales metrics.
Cons
Upper management focuses solely on sales metrics and profitability as they are consumed by a recent planned merger. They talk endlessly about company culture but only enact it enough to have quaint video clips to show off to other Execs at conferences. They once openly advertised having massages available at headquarters for Employee Appreciation Day, while the branch employees were given a $10 gift card for ice cream. HR cannot be trusted, there is a general feeling that management is out to get you, and no one feels as if they are being fostered.
