      Pros

      It was easy to get interview. All I did was went to an event center in Daytona for Americrown's job fair. Good if you want to work races at Daytona Speedway.

      Cons

      You get paid minimum wage, but that's pretty much expected since no experience is required what so ever.

      Pros

      The comradery among teammates is excellent and makes all the hard work worth it.

      Cons

      Being seasonal is not a livable income. Unfortunately the company will continue to see turnover, and have invest in training more new people from the ground up. It's an ineffective way to run the business, and it promotes people stealing, not working, and just coming and going as they please.
