Pros

This company truly has the best atmosphere and work environment of any company I have ever worked for. Everyone here is authentically happy, departments work together like a team and you actually feel appreciated by management when you put in the extra effort. They have some of the most knowledgeable and approachable staff I have ever worked with. This place is no small shop by any means, but at the same time it doesn't feel like a big corporation like other lenders I have worked for. They dont micro manage or pressure you to work 10hr days and never make you feel disposable as an employee which most other lenders have in my experience. Its easy to see why their customer service is the best in the industry. Pricing is on point and they really are aggressive with beating other offers which is crucial in this competitive market. Some of my first loans funded here faster than 30 days which is impressive. When you walk around the office, everyone has a smile on their face and obviously loves what they do. I feel blessed as a mortgage banker to wake up excited to go into work each day. Applying here was the best decision I have made since becoming a mortgage banker.

Cons

They do not micro manage at all here, and they do not crack the whip pressuring you to perform which means if you are the type that needs motivation fro the outside VS within , you may become complacent and loose motivation/money. Its up to you.
