Pros
The organization has recently come under new leadership (a few years ago now) which has been a breath of fresh air.
Organization is very focused on scaling and growth in smart ways. Have hired great people and have clear, achievable goals.
Work moves fast for a nonprofit. Compensation is fair for the organization size and nonprofit industry.
Work/life balance is tremendous. Benefits are good and improving.
Cons
Sometimes changes take a little longer than ideal, which isn't uncommon with nonprofits.
Organization is affiliated with UNFPA, the UN agency, and while some partner teams are amazing, some of the most critical ones are behind the curve as it pertains to the US market.
