Pros
Not much except for the workers are nice and have pretty good camaraderie. Free coffee (although no cups for it nor is there any water except for the kind that comes out of the faucet)
Cons
Management is terrible especially HR and the owner. High turn-over rate due to the owner's lack of professionalism (cursing, insulting employees and in the past has gotten physical with some), You get 2/3 days PTO the whole year and maybe 1 holiday is paid. NO OVERTIME OR RAISES..which only motivates workers to do the bare minimum.
