Toxic environment from leadership who is severely tone death on feedback given by IC roles. Heavily numbers focused and no matter what obstacles are in our way it doesnt matter. Turnover is stupid high (sourcing). Our team had a revolving door due to management being toxic. Say one thing do another is common. Heavy unethical behavior by management throwing people under the bus and talking negatively about others behind their backs. I honestly cant list everything negative because it would be too long. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
