Pros
benefits were the best part of the job, though they stopped the 401k match several times over the last 5 years. rules apply to a few people but it is all in who you know so be sure and focus on corporate relationships.
Cons
upper management is confused about what is going on in the field and have lost focus on the personal relationships between sales and customers. they take money from the workers to make upper management rich. pay cuts, less hours, less opportunity...less service for the customers.
