The pay was all right...
Cons
...if you are OK with working about 12 hours a day for 6 and sometimes 7 days a week for weeks and months on end. It is my opinion that the culture is set up to run people until they are burnt out and then generate paper-thin rationales to push them out. Would not have left prior position if I'd have had any idea prior. Plus, very outdated culture toward females in the workplace.
