      Company is going through a major transformation and changing for the better. All business units have ambitious strategies that are providing lots of opportunities for talented folks. Great place to learn as you go without being silo'd in to your function.

      Cons

      If you can't handle the change and uncertainty that comes with it, this place isn't for you.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
