Pros

Excellent advancement opp. Thorough training on product and best practices, mentoring, industry leader. Encourages insightful relationships with suppliers and clients. Corporate ensures field candidates are equipped to tackle challenges, resourceful help desk, talented customer service reps are the backbone of this company. Compensation packages were always appropriate and commission rewarding. Effective communication makes this team wonderful to work with. Safety and family are evident priorities.

Cons

With the ebb and flow of being a company owned by a conglomerate owner, layoffs and downsizing have become somewhat seasonal. My advice is to dig in and become irreplaceable, especially when the economy is unfavorable. Occasionally you will happen across a cutthroat, be sure your work load is impeccable and sabotage-proof. Warehousemen: Learn to love eu du perfume o'rubber and check that your family can tolerate it, also.

Pros

Its remote setup and competitive pay for the tasks involved. While there is a learning curve, the job becomes straightforward once you memorize the systems. The experience is further improved by great managers who provide a supportive environment for their teams.

Cons

The environment is high-pressure due to strict QA standards and a low tolerance for errors. There are numerous complex guidelines that must be followed precisely, which can feel restrictive for those who prefer less micromanagement or more creative freedom in their workflow.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
