Clear expectations/communication, fair wages, great discount, reasonable work load for compensation, managers are accommodating and kind, opportunities for promotions! would love to move up in the company:)

The store team was amazing- supportive, fun, and always willing to help one another. In-store events made the job enjoyable and created a positive team atmosphere.

The owner and upper management are by far the worst I’ve ever worked for. They micromanage relentlessly, monitor employees constantly on cameras, and push people to the breaking point without any recognition or care. The turnover rate is extremely high because employees are treated as disposable. Sales goals are unrealistic and create unnecessary stress. On top of that, the company has a terrible return policy for customers and the products themselves lack quality. Most pieces fall apart after the first wash. It feels like the focus is entirely on squeezing as much money as possible, with zero concern for employees or customers.
