      Some really respectable folks working here, but most bide their time with heads down hoping to not get noticed.

      Cons

      Unpleasant bullying environment, from the top down. They lead by fear and don't care who they offend or crush along the way. These two will teach YOU things you never knew about micro-management. Massive financial issues equals problems with vendors on regular basis.
