Small company, micromanagement, no opportunities for growth or self development. The owner is an uneducated, unprofessional with no management skills or experience, who just had the luck to open his business some time ago and to make some money. The culture is- obbey, follow or be fired! People come and go there all the time, not because the company is expanding but because he likes to play with his little power he got and this boosts his Ego. They lie about being accredited by BBB and they lie to customers. Unethical place for narrow minded.
