Although the company has been around for more than 100 years they prioritize staying modern in their business practices and office environment. Due to the extensive company history it is a great place to learn and advance your skills and grow your career.

Due to all of the facilities and the majority of the staff being in the same location, American Seating has almost a small business feel to it. This could possibly not be a right fit for some people.

Overtime seems to be plentiful but inconsistent.

Everyone from a management perspective is doing their own thing without cohesion.
