Great people to work with. Very friendly environment. New CEO is trying to turn company around.
Cons
Seems to go thru management fads. Tries to apply 5S principles in non manufacturing places. Currently applying AGILE methodology company wide with mixed results. Is currently suffering from finished product glut due to over confidence that sales contracts will come thru, except that they didn't. Significant layoffs in the last several years.
