Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the team supportive and the environment a good place to learn—creating that kind of culture is important to us. We also take concerns around communication and the employee experience seriously. Our goal is always to set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure decisions are made thoughtfully and respectfully. We understand that not every experience will feel the same, and feedback like this helps us continue to evaluate and improve how we support our teams. We wish you the best in your future opportunities.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re proud that our family culture and leadership have made a positive impact on your experience — that’s something we truly value and work hard to protect. We also hear you on the concerns around compensation and legacy practices. These are areas we’ve been actively examining and evolving. While we may have roots in traditional methods, we're committed to making changes that reflect the needs of today’s workforce — and that includes listening to voices like yours. If you ever want to be part of that conversation, I’d love to connect. – Kellymarie Heitmann Director of Human Resources

Pros

Friendly environment, good training, variety of things to sell, fair

Cons

Not a steady flow of people walking through the door, bonus program used to be so much better, some people get promoted that aren't suited for the position, you have to consistently be aware of people walking through the door while trying to do computer work. Managers used to not take sales now they do. You rely on commission but they do pay you a simple hourly rate.
