Very close knit-enviorment, team oriented and good work experience

No real downsides depends on what you want to do after working this kind of job.

It could be fun at times to work with and teach kids robotics through Lego. The pay was pretty good. There is a decent amount of guidance as well for building instructions.

I was working alone with fairly limited instructions of the curriculum to keep the kids busy for 4+ hours. Some of the kids clearly did not want to be there and were not interested in building the robots which made it harder to teach them the required material.
