Changes and delays start dates multiple times. The training does not serve as a place to help new employees learn the job and correct early mistakes, but rather they use the first week to weed out people who make mistakes while learning. Even though they are only JUST learning the job and its only their first few days... Also, does not treat all employees the same. No consistency in firing practices between one employee and another. New employees are not given a chance to improve. There are no conversations about improving before being let go. New hires should be wary of this before starting here.
