Only for that mistake to be given back to you so YOU can find the mistake yourself. this is a good way to learn at first, but after 7 years of dedicating yourself to a company to be treated less like a 7 year old would be better.

Used to take care of you now they don't. You get hurt they don't even think about helping you.

Since the son has taken over. You don't even get close to 30 hours. They treat you like crap.
