      Good hours, friendly customers.

      Cons

      Lots of hours but the pay is not worth the extra 10 miles management makes you go due to their lack of communication. They don’t take into account that all people might have a slightly different way of doing things. If it’s not done exactly how they would’ve done it (even if the project was completed in a timely fashion and done well) you will be scolded and insulted unnecessarily. Lots of gossip. Hostile environment.

      The executive staff: Owner, CEO, CFO, & Buyer - awful communication, no personal accountability, strictly financially motivated, stuck in the past, and lazy. Requesting employees to go above & beyond to clean up their mistakes. New brands would be consistently worse. High turnover rate.
