Pros

Pay is competitive to other companies in the industry.

Cons

Illegal employment practices. Disrespect toward site staff (from corporate management). Threats, hostile work environment, and discrimination coming straight from upper management. Very questionable fair housing practices on-site. This company thinks they are an exception to any rule if they can buy themselves out of a problem to make it go away. Very out of touch with the realities of this industry.
