      Pros

      Professional development opportunity in terms of a resume builder. Great people in the majority. Exposure to SAFe Framework implementation and formal certification opportunities present. There's a lot of potential here. You've just got to be willing to sacrifice in ways I wasn't.

      Cons

      Averse to change. Struggle with micromanaging. Toxic culture traits present in culture. Autonomy is lacking.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
