Pros
Good pay for the area, PTO is reasonable.
Cons
Widespread uncertainty about job safety, no longer offering hybrid work, losing talent and having a hard time hiring due to full time in-office policy. Executive leadership really has no say in the future of their teams and are simply being given directives to carry out. Very hush-hush communication and details about changes come out much later than they should from executive leadership. Cohesive teams are being split and restructured with very little notice or reasoning. "Expense reduction" seems to be the phrase of the year and staffing, programs, and resources are being dramatically reduced causing an increased workload for the remaining team and angry agents. Even while cutting expenses growth goals are being set that would require an increase in corporate spending in order for those goals to be realistically met. Profitability has taken the place of culture and the bottom line matters significantly more than the employees or the agents.
