      Pros

      - Previously fostered a wonderful work life balance. - Never worried about job security. - Previously felt valued and appreciated whether in an entry level or senior role.

      Cons

      - Company moving in an awful direction. - Post acquisition it has deteriorated drastically. Yearly raises? Nonexistent. Impossible metrics used as a justification to not match wages to cost of living. - Return to office being an absolute sham in the context of promoting inclusivity. It severed ties with many quality employees removing even the option of remote or hybrid work for new hires.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
