The leadership originally associated with American National is still good.
Cons
So many layoffs and positions not being filled. The moral is so low. This used to be so employee focused. Prior to Brookfield, this was an incredible place to work with a fantastic environment. I thought it was a place I could retire from and now I am concerned we won’t be in business very much longer
