      Workload was interesting and diverse. Learned a lot from this position.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Salary is not competitive and no annual bonus. High stress environment and requests often treated as emergencies adding to stress level. Employees are given opportunities to share concerns but then no actions are taken.
