Pros
Stable company with no RiF. Some great coworkers. Option to work remote if necessary but may have to jump through hoops. 37.5 hour workweek (technically but rarely do you get to keep it at that level). Health insurance, 50% 401k capped match.
Cons
Long hours with no compensation. Pour management in some areas (depends on where). Salary is below the local average. Just bought by BAM so unsure if changes coming.
