Pay is lower than average, employees like myself are leaving for other insurance companies for higher pay and working remote. When you talk to management about your other offer they won't increase your pay and won't let you work remote. BUT, they are filing the vacant jobs as remote employees. They don't care about the employees, they just want to fill their own pockets. Christmas bonus is laughable.
