Pros
You have a lot of free time, and no micromanaging. A lot of the Sales Managers are awesome and know exactly what they’re doing and how to be successful.
Cons
Agent commissions could be paid out in a better manner, also it seems some of the higher ups in the offices (District Managers) and even in home office are seriously corrupt.
