      Hours are very flexible. Opportunities are near endless.

      Cons

      You HAVE to be an entrepreneur like mind to succeed. Nothing is handed out, you get what you earn. Trial by fire is an understatement. If you're looking for a company who's going to hold your hand and walk you through it all, this is the wrong place for you. Brand recognition, or lack there of make things more challenging.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
