Pros
Good Health benefits. There is an optional high deductible plan that’s very affordable and the deductible is pretty low. They front load your HSA with a grand of their own contribution every January so that’s nice. College tuition reimbursement is awesome too. Graduated debt free! The culture is improving a lot and headed in the right direction.
Cons
Company seems to ignore employee survey results when it comes to dissatisfaction with salaries. Getting the highest performance review rating doesn’t give you much more of a raise than a standard meets expectations. Not much motivation to exceed expectations.
