Claims - Anonymous employee American National Insurance Employee Review

Managment is TERRIBLE. When I started the claims division was split between managers. It was a great place to work. Our claims manager was always willing to give support and compliment great work when earned. She retired and the place quickly turned into a house of horrors. People crying in the halls. Disciplinary write ups for little or no reason. It is not just the industry I worked for several other insurance companies for many years and was NEVER given a bad review in 25 years. This place is hell.
