      The company provides generous PTO & Gym Subsidy-Education focus-Great area outdoors for the employees to take a break from the office

      I personally do not have cons regarding the company. I believe all organizations have their downfalls however I am grateful to be employed by a strong and stable company.

      There is little incentive for long-term loyalty. Compensation appears to be based on legacy pay structures, resulting in new hires sometimes receiving higher starting salaries than long-tenured employees with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise in company processes.
