      Most of the code was old and poorly written and projects changed groups so often that nobody really knew what the code was supposed to do. So fixing errors often caused others.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
